Here is a Lionel 6-16755 O Gauge Daffy Duck Animated Balloon Car. This is a colorful spin-off of the postwar Lionel 3470 target balloon launcher. You inflate one of the provided target balloons and when you place it over the basket, the motor and fan assembly underneath cause the balloon to float above the car. The idea is to then shoot it down with one of your missile firing cars!
