This is Bachmann 64207 HO CN RS-3 #3019. Alco RS3 with DCC. Canadian National #3019. Introduced in 1950, this all-purpose 1600-HSP locomotive had the stamina and strength for freight and passenger service yet was agile enough for yard service work.
