This is a Bachmann 50206 HO Western Pacific GS64 4-8-4 Steam Locomotive W/DCC #485.

First introduced in the early 20th century, the 4-8-4 to rail yards by storm primarily hauling coal and other forms of freight across state lines in the US and rail-ways in various other countries. While later models would improve on the 4-8-4’s limitation, this locomotive still made its place in history as a pioneer of 20th century rail-road industry, and is featured in some museums today as a testament to how far the industry has truly come!

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item displays scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. Several wheels are detached from the tender but are included for reattachment. The locomotive cab’s roof is missing entirely. The sides of the tender appear to have been repainted, as brush strokes are visible. The wheels show average run-time. Wheels used in a previous repair are not insulated and cause a short in the tender. This item has not been tested and is being sold As-Is. The original box is not included.
