This is a Lionel 2324 O Gauge Operating Switch Tower from 1984-87. When activated the one man comes down the stairs and the other man on the balcony goes inside the house. The house is also illuminated. It measures 8 inches tall x 6 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. Track contactor is not included.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Overall condition is Excellent.
