Here is a Lionel 6-19818 O Gauge Dairymens League Operating Milk Car #788 from 1994.
When activated by a UCS or 5530 track section (sold separately) the doors on one side open and the milkman pops out and deposits a can on the platform. The milk car features die-cast metal trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles. Some milk cans are included.
