Here is a Lionel 6805 Vintage O Radioactive Atomic Disposal Flatcar from 1958-59. It features die-cast trucks, operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles, and two radioactive canisters with flashing lights. Please see my pictures for additional features.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on this item. Additionally, body shows signs of paint wear, chips, and scuff marks throughout the surface. Containers also have scuff marks and spots of discoloration. When tested, this item did not function and is being sold As-Is. The original box is included and is very ripped and broken. The instruction manual is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Very Good.
